Negotiations with AGCO and Amity Technology!
On August 17, 2016, the negotiations were held between the representatives of the companies AGCO and Amity Technology: Marc Ziesmann and Brian Dahl. Research and Development Enterprise Soyuz-Composite was represented by Aleksander Shapoval. The purpose of the negotiations was the collaboration between our companies and consideration of the ways to achieve the objects.
The negotiations were successful. From this day, we begin the collaboration on the development of assembly units of new sowing machine of the AGCO and Amity Technology development.
For reference, Amity Technology Company was founded by Howard and Brian Dahl in 1996. Amity Technology offers a wide range of high-performance agricultural machinery that helps to reduce costs, optimize expenditures and increase harvesting capacity. Along with a long practice of developing of quality sowing machines, the company has gained reputation of a reliable manufacturer of beet-harvesting equipment. The products of Amity Technology are sold all over the world through the dealer network. The research and development center, as well as the head office of the company are located in Fargo, North Dakota, USA.
In its turn, Amity Technology is a part of the AGCO Corporation – worldwide known manufacturer and distributor of agricultural machinery and equipment, and spare parts! The Corporation was founded in 1990 on the basis of the Deutz Allis that came out of the West German firm KHD.
