Restoration & Modernization
of sowing units

The System of increased precision of following ground contours

The System of increased precision of following ground contours, which was developed by RPE Soyuz-Composite, allows your row units to keep uniform depth control during the whole period of operation of a planter (from 10 000 ha and more).

The System of increased precision of following ground contours includes restoration and modernization of such joints as: upper and lower arms of parallelogram, gauge wheel arms and closing wheels’ arm.

The main advantages of the System of increased precision of following ground contours:

  • No servicing (greasing);
  • The shortest terms for planting works;
  • All row units provide uniform depth of placing the seed at the bottom of a trench;
  • Absolute linearity of seeding (row-spacing);
  • High-quality operation of row units during 10 000 ha and more;
  • Maintainability in a field (no wear on mating parts);
  • Increase the speed of sowing without disturbing the agrotechnology (with the appropriate adjustment of the seed meter).

The System of increased precision of following ground contours enables to exclude wedging and jamming in all friction nodes by using sophisticated high-tech composite materials that are self-lubricated. Absence of the need to service (grease) allows you to conduct seeding operations in the shortest possible terms, as, depending on weather conditions and wind speed, from 10 to 60 tons of moisture evaporates (from 0.4 to 2.5 tons per hour) in 1 day from 1 hectare.

No-Till

Self-lubrication and low coefficient of friction in the joints will allow the units to react the unevenness of the ground faster which will affect the more accurate seeding on the same depth, especially when using no-till and mini-till technologies.

Due to damping properties and individual design, the joints of The System of increased precision of following ground contours, are adjustable, which will affect the absence of play in the levers of the sowing sections (linearity of sowing) throughout the life of the plant.
