RPE Soyuz-Composite cooperates with the largest Ukrainian producer public company «Elvorti group»

RPE Soyuz-Composite together with public company «Elvorti group» (which includes public company «Chervona zirka» and closed joint-stock company «Belinskselmash») conducted a research of selected polymer composite materials on the basis of the only laboratory of polymer composites in Ukraine, which is located in Dnepropetrovsk State Agrarian and Economic University.

The aim of the exploration was to search an antifriction polymer composite material that best corresponds to the criteria of “price / quality”, which will be used to create sliding joints of agricultural machinery of public company «Elvorti».

The search of antifriction material was carried out by such criteria as: weight wear, coefficient of friction, temperature in the contact area of friction and relative abrasion resistance. Six samples of the most popular polymer composites on the market took part in the studies, one of which was the material produced by the Soyuz-Composite RPE.

The trials revealed that the material produced by Soyuz-Composite showed the best results in all tests. Today there are no polymer composite materials on the Ukrainian market, which exceed our polymer composite material by economic and technical parameters.

The use of polymer composite materials in engineering, including agriculture, nowadays occupies a significant place and is the main reason for the technical perfection of mechanisms. This also applies to planting technology, which, for the sake of high agricultural demand, is constantly improved and complicated in production. The introduction of polymer composite materials into the design of machines is based, first of all, on economic, technical, and even logistic criteria.

Public company «Elvorti» is nowadays the largest plant on the territory of the former CIS for the production of agricultural equipment. Public company «Elvorti» is trying to keep up to date, applying new technologies in the production of agricultural machinery in order to enter the European market with competitive products, and also to give our farmers the opportunity to purchase this equipment here, and not to carry from abroad “a cat in a bag “.
